Originally open in 2000, Afton Care started with the vision of Ellie Triemert to provide the best senior living had to offer. With large, spacious living areas, and a quiet small town setting, Afton Care has been the home for many people seeking to enjoy the comforts of grown old. Known now as Afton Care West, the original location still serves as a model for the absolute best in senior care.
Built in 2004, Afton Care St. Croix boasts over 7,200 square feet of living space along with living suites over 525 square feet in size. Located in downtown Afton, MN, Afton Care St. Croix has become host to a multitude of holiday events, and special ocassions. Afton Care St. Croix was also the first location to feature beautiful fenced in patios and an event room.
